Обов’язки
- helping to develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy and implementing the policies in place at the GOLDBECK Group
- , maintaining effective communication through internal and external channels, including social media
- , promoting the company through active PR activities and maintaining contacts with the media
- creating and editing content
- preparing the brand to participate in industry events (e.g. conferences, trade fairs)
- , carrying out activities in the areas of CSR and ESG
- , closely collaborating with and actively supporting company departments such as operations, sales and HR in the areas of marketing and employer branding
- , collaborating with the marketing department in Germany
- , updating the website and managing SEO activities
Вимоги
- a college degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communication, Journalism, PR)
- , at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the construction industry
- , knowledge of current marketing and communication trends
- , Ability to prepare graphic, press and promotional materials, as well as develop concepts for video content
- strong aesthetic sense
- , proficiency in social media
- , strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships easily
- , creativity, initiative, and the ability to work independently
- , conversational English (B2 required)
- , proficiency with CMS (e.g. TYPO3)
