Обов’язки
- Gather and analyze business reporting requirements in close cooperation with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, Logistic and Operations. Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and analytical solutions. Create and optimize DAX measures, calculations and semantic data models. Translate business needs into reporting solutions and ensure KPI consistency across the organization. Understand business KPIs to deliver meaningful dashboards and analytical insights. Work closely with data engineering teams to validate data and ensure high-quality reporting. Improve reports and dashboards based on business feedback and changing requirements. Prepare and maintain documentation for reporting solutions, KPIs and data models. Ensure the quality, usability and performance of Power BI reporting solutions.
Вимоги
- Solid professional experience as a BI Developer, with a strong focus on Power BI. Fluent German (C1) and good command of English. Strong experience in developing Power BI dashboards, reports and data models. Very good knowledge of DAX, SQL and data modelling. Experience working with SAP data and reporting solutions. Experience working with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into reporting solutions. Ability to understand business KPIs. Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality. Experience working with Databricks or Azure data environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, automation and continuous improvement.
