Обов’язки
- Take full ownership of accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data, statutory financial statements and tax declarations. Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual closing process in line with Polish Accounting Standards and Group reporting requirements. Ensure timely preparation and submission of all statutory reports, VAT, CIT and other tax declarations. Ensure compliance with Polish accounting regulations, tax legislation and internal financial policies. Supervise and support the local Accountant, ensuring high-quality work and effective internal controls. Coordinate internal and external audits, tax inspections and maintain relationships with banks, auditors and public authorities. Support Group reporting and consolidation activities. Lead the accounting workstream during the future ERP implementation project. Review existing accounting processes, improve data quality and introduce process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial control. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help standardize accounting processes across the Group.
Вимоги
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a Chief Accountant or similar senior accounting role within an international company. Strong knowledge of Polish Accounting Act, Polish tax regulations and statutory reporting. Experience managing month-end and year-end closing independently. ERP systems experience
- experience with ERP implementation or migration projects will be considered a strong advantage. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on mindset. Good command of English for communication with international stakeholders. Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
