Обов’язки
- Analyze global commercial and revenue data across multiple ERP systems, business units, markets and sales models to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights tailored to Commercial leadership needs. Support revenue forecasting, planning, and target-setting processes through data analysis and scenario modelling. Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions based on data analysis. Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives and business changes using data and analysis. Provide scenario analysis and data-backed recommendations to support decision-making. Work with data from multiple ERP and commercial systems to reconcile, standardize and consolidate information for reliable global reporting and analysis. Reporting & Performance Management, Design, maintain, and continuously improve global revenue and commercial dashboards, reporting and analytical solutions. Define and standardize KPIs across the Commercial organization. Ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, and transparency of reported commercial and revenue data. Investigate data discrepancies and reporting variances across systems, regions, and business units, working with relevant stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting accuracy. Business Partnership with Sales, Act as a trusted advisor and analytical partner to Commercial leaders and Commercial Operations. Translate business questions into analytical frameworks, data requirements and measurable indicators.
Вимоги
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, sales analytics, or business performance analysis. Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights that drive revenue growth. Strong analytical thinking combined with commercial acumen. Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications, Experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Analytics, or Revenue Operations. Experience working in a fast-growing or dynamic business environment.
